The lodges expert guides lead small group excursions on Santa Cruz and day trips to nearby islands on its 100-foot private motor yacht. While at the lodge, you are free to hike, bike or jog along 3.5 kilometers of private trails that wind through native forests, keeping a lookout for the Giant Tortoises who wander through the reserve that encompasses the property. If you prefer to relax, take a dip in the infinity pool or kick back on the comfy deck chairs with a craft cocktail from the DNA Bar. You can also make an appointment to unwind at the Sumaq Spa while taking in 180-degree ocean views. In the evenings, enjoy a menu of international fusion cuisine cultivated from a combination of fresh local produce and the best imported ingredients.

Today is your international arrival into Quito, Ecuador. Your guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Those with more time can opt to arrive early and take guided excursions in the city and surrounding areas.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to the Galápagos. Meet your guide at the Galápagos airport and transfer with your group to the highlands for your first activity and welcome lunch. Arrive at Pikaia Lodge and enjoy a welcome briefing with your host. Settle into your luxury accommodations and have a refreshing cocktail or local juice as you watch the sunset over the Pacific before dinner.
Explore the Galápagos Islands! The number of days depends on your selected trip duration. Experience the many wonders of the Galapagos islands through a combination of boat and land based explorations from Pikaia Lodge. Land-based tours of Santa Cruz are semi-private with other lodges guests. Here you will explore the many wonders of Santa Cruz Island. Boat day tours take you to uninhabited nearby islands on the lodges exclusive day trip yacht, where you have access to your own private cabin. You’ll enjoy some unscheduled downtime at the lodge to relax in the infinity pool, perhaps book a spa treatment, or sign up for some optional excursions.
After your final breakfast in the Enchanted Isles, transfer to the airport for the trip back to Quito. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy an evening at leisure.
Your guide transfers you to the airport for your international flight home. Travelers with more time will begin extension tours.
